Chiropractic is a regulated healthcare profession focused on the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system—particularly those involving the spine—and the effects of these disorders on the nervous system and overall health.
Chiropractors are trained to assess neuromusculoskeletal conditions through a combination of clinical examination, diagnostic imaging, and orthopedic testing. Treatment often includes manual spinal manipulation (adjustments), mobilization, soft tissue therapy, rehabilitative exercise, and lifestyle or ergonomic counseling. The objective is to restore normal function, reduce pain, and support the body’s natural ability to heal.
Chiropractic care is evidence-informed and patient-centered, and may be integrated with other medical or allied health services as part of a multidisciplinary approach to care.

Cathy’s lifelong passion for movement began with dance, leading to a BFA in Drama and Dance. While training as a professional makeup artist in Vancouver, she discovered fitness instruction, which grew into a 15-year career teaching, personal training, and managing programs at facilities like The Glencoe Club.

Her focus shifted toward therapeutic care, becoming a licensed massage therapist and fully certified in Active Release Techniques® (ART®) Levels 1 and 2. In 2021, Cathy pursued chiropractic studies and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2025.

She looks forward to combining her diverse skills to provide comprehensive chiropractic care that promotes long-term health and body sustainability.
